Refund and Return Policy

In accordance with Dutch and European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via the contact form.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Returned with all original packaging (if reasonably possible)

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or made-to-order products

Digital products once download or access has begun (with prior consent)
